I've spent more than 20 years inside the room where leadership decisions get made — not as a consultant brought in from the outside, but as a Talent and Leadership Development executive at companies like Dolby Laboratories, PlayStation, and Peet's Coffee.

That experience is what I bring to my coaching practice. I work with senior leaders and executives at two inflection points: growing into greater impact where they are, and figuring out where they want to go next. Sometimes those questions are separate. Often, they're the same conversation.

 

The pattern I see again and again: brilliant, capable people get stuck — not because they lack talent, but because they've spent years being indispensable at something that isn't taking them where they want to go. Whether someone is navigating a career transition, stepping into a bigger role, or trying to break through a ceiling they can't quite name, I know how to help them find a way through.

I've been there myself — across a career that has spanned organizational change, corporate communications, and broadcast journalism, every role required me to listen at a different level. My greatest asset as a coach is that ability to hear what's underneath — the patterns, themes, and possibilities that emerge when someone finally has space to think out loud. Today I use that same skill to help leaders figure out where they're stuck, where they want to go, and how to show up powerfully along the way.

My work is grounded in both real-world experience and professional rigor. I hold an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. I use tools like the Leadership Circle Profile (360) and MBTI as data-driven starting points — because good coaching isn't guesswork.

 

Whether we work together one-on-one or in a workshop setting, my goal is the same: helping you take command of your professional impact — on your terms.
