My approach to coaching is grounded in more than 20 years of experience navigating the complexities of leadership and organizational culture. I’ve led Talent and Leadership Development at brands like Dolby Laboratories, PlayStation, and Peet's Coffee, where I served as an internal coach to leaders navigating the exact pivots and "fixer" traps we’ve discussed.

I don’t just understand leadership theory; I understand the reality of high-stakes corporate environments. My background as a broadcast journalist and corporate communications leader taught me how to find the signal in the noise—a skill I use today to help my clients communicate their value and lead with clarity.

My coaching is backed by deep academic and professional rigor. I hold an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
