My Story ...

Two decades ago, I said something I instantly regretted.
 

In a meeting with my boss and another leader, I blurted out a reactive, disrespectful comment. I hadn’t been informed about a change, and instead of pausing, I lashed out.

It damaged my relationship with my boss, and I didn’t know how to fix it.

 

I lacked the communication tools and the self-awareness. And, most importantly, the maturity to repair the connection. I ended up quitting because I just couldn’t regain the trust.
 

Eventually, I found a program that changed everything. It combined communication strategy with real-time coaching and experiential practice. It gave me a way to understand myself, speak with more clarity, and take accountability for my leadership presence.
